INTRODUCTION

It’s next to impossible to live in today’s economy without some sort of credit as you probably already found out or you would have not ordered our manual or services.

If you have filed for bankruptcy or have some other negative faults against your credit report which prevents you from credit. I’m going to present you with a solution. It’s important to know that you are not the only one with this problem maybe you just got caught up in the easy credit era or just some really bad luck.

Now you can set up a new credit file and regain your self-esteem, self-worth, and credit worthiness. And you can do all this in about 30-45 days and not seven years because that’s how long it would take for it to go away.

Its also important to say that you will only get this second chance once, so guard your new credit file. Maintain all your records. Use common sense. Everyone deserves a second chance. Don’t make the same mistake t

HOW TO GET YOUR NEW FILE

1.    This is not credit repair/this is a new file

You will be establishing a completely new credit file, separate from you current credit file. And everything you need will be provided for in this manual.

2.    How is this done? Here is one way

You can create a new credit file by simply completing a form provided by the I.R.S  called a ss-4 form. And by following our instructions this credit file will be established with all the major credit agency’s, but will not contain any of your current bad credit history including a bankruptcy. With our program or services you can start over within 30-45 days from now with new credit.

3.    Can anyone do this?

Anyone with bad credit can get a second file but federal regulations make it impossible for you to do this more than once. So you will not have a third chance.

(we will also show you other ways of creating a new file)

4.    How soon will I have credit

It will take as much time and effort this time as it did the first time so be patient. But by doing as this manual outlines you should be able to get credit in about 30-45 days following your establishment of a new file. But heck that sure beats waiting 7-10 years for your negative credit to clear your file.

THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF CREDIT FILES

The federal government issues three types of identification numbers. These numbers all have nine digits in them.

1.     SSN- Social security number

2.     EIN- Employer Identification number to be issued to individuals who are in business, partnership, corporations and other entity that may hire employees.

3.     TIN- Taxpayer Identification number issued by the internal revenue service for banking and loan purposes.

Social Security Numbers SSN’S

And

Employer Identification Numbers E.I.N’S

Taxpayer Identification Numbers T.I.N’S

A taxpayer identification number T.I.N can be a social security number S.S.N or an employer identification E.I.N . Social Security Numbers are obtained from the Social Security Administration. Employer Identification Numbers are obtained from the Internal Revenue Service I.R.S.

When the term Taxpayer Identification Number T.I.N is used it can refer to either a Social Security Number S.S.N. or Employer Identification Number E.I.N.  S.S.N and E.I.N’s are two separate and differen’t series of numbers used by our government to identify taxpayers.  Social Security Numbers are strictly for individuals and not for use by companies and corporations.Employer Identification Numbers were originally and primarily intended for us by companies and corporations.  However, the use of E.I.N’s has been extended and it is now possible and practical for individuals to be issued and use an Employer Identification Number E.I.N. thus, making your new credit file possible.

SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS  S.S.N’s

Social Security Numbers were first issued back in 1935. At the time the only workers required to pay taxes had to have a social security number. Not until 1987 was the requirement extended to include everyone. When children turn 12 months old their parents are required to get a social security number for them. You are only required by law to give your social security number out in the following cases.

1.     For tax matters

2.     To receive public assistance

3.     To obtain a drivers license

4.     To register a motor vehicle

Other groups, agency’s, companies and individuals that ask for your social number have absolutely no legal right to do so. Your social security number was not intended to be used by private parties as means of identification and its use such we believe has no legal basis. You can legally refuse to disclose your social security number for any purpose other than those that are listed above, but organizations who wish to use it illegally may refuse to serve you if you decline to give them the number.

You are required to give your social security number to your employer. Your employer must have the number to act as a taxpayer identification number T.I.N. when reporting to the internal revenue service I.R.S.

The amount of tax money they have withheld from your pay so that it can be credited to your account. We have talked to some individuals, who for extreme privacy reasons use the E.I.N instead of their social security number when applying for jobs.

Since, your social security number is directly linked to your employer identification number through the I.R.S. and both are considered and used as taxpayer identification numbers we have yet to hear of a problem with this. Only you and the I.R.S will know that your E.I.N is linked to your S.S.N. and vice versa.

S.S.N Number, old address, or phone number on any type of credit applications or documents which could possible fall into the hands of the credit reporting bureaus. This could contaminate the new credit file and ruin ones second chance. Also be aware that many creditors, credit bureaus, government agencies and private companies will capture the number of the phone you call them from through caller identification or automatic number identification. If you have caller ID blocking you number may not appear, but your name will instead. This is regardless of whether one is unlisted or not! If you are listed your address may even appear as well. Be aware that whenever you call 1-800 or 1-888 numbers your number or personal information can not be blocked through your local phone company. This really isn’t of any concern except to those who demand total privacy from annoying telemarketing solicitations.

Since a new business mailing address is private, some people use it for all their personal mail to increase their level of privacy and to avoid junk mail. Most people also have their mailing address on their drivers license switched to their new private / business mailing address. As far as creating a business name, most people just go by their name and with associates added to the end of it, unless one already has a name they wish to use.

If you live in a state where your social security number is used as your drivers license number you may want to get that number switched to your new employer identification number . It is pretty moronic to be giving out your social security number every time you use your Drivers license for identification. Since both E.I.N’s and S.S.N’s are both Used as taxpayer identification number T.I.N. there shouldn’t be any problem here. Most people just explain to their department of motor vehicles office that they use their E.I.N in place of their S.S.N for taxes and banking in order to protect themselves from possible fraudulent use of their S.S.N. if their license is stolen or lost. Remember, because of your privacy rights, D.M.V. offices must show you their legal right to require your social security number on your Drivers license. Your S.S.N is linked directly to your E.I.N through the I.R.S so there shouldn’t be No problem. Many people use an E.I.N. in place of their S.S.N. even with employers since they are both used and referred to a taxpayer identification number. Although this step is not required for success it could be used to ones advantage. Again, you don’t want to be advertising your social security number every time you have to use your state license as a form of identification. This just doesn’t make any sense. Although we have the right to privacy in this country, we must be prepared to defend that right from time to time.

Regardless, of whether you ever create a new credit file, the steps outlined here are just part of being a smart consumer and exercising of your right to privacy. In this day and age white-collar crime/information fraud is coating consumer a fortune both financially and emotionally. Until you’ve had your privacy rights violated you will never be able to understand this. You don’t ever want to know what kind of hardship and financial loss an expert criminal can cause you, with the use of your mailing address, drivers license number and social security number. Yet, you see phone companies, hospitals, shopping catalogs and a host of other business handling this personal information in an extremely low security fashion. Trust me. This is going to stop in the future! The only reason it hasn’t Yet, is because the problem isn’t big enough. If you’ll do some research you will find information fraud/crime in this country growing at well over 150% a year! EXERCISE your right to privacy to the fullest extent. After all, these days you can never be to sure. Heck, at the same time you can reduce all that awful junk mail and those annoying telemarketing calls!

HOW DO THE MAJOR CREDIT BEREAUS IDENTIFY YOU?

Every credit bureau has a particular system of file retrieval that allows them to identify the file of each person in their system. It is necessary to identify each file in such a manner as to separate individuals with similar names and address so that Bill Johnson will not appear on the file as Bob Johnson. However, no bureau has yet come up with a perfect system of file identification. That is why you will sometimes see items on your report that belong to someone else with a similar name.

In an effort to maintain maximum efficiency, credit bureaus prefer to set up more than one file per person rather than risk merging several people’s files into one. This is the weak link that allows a person to circumvent the system.

The credit bureaus have two basic types of file identification. Type 1 is Experian, CBI Equifax, and other major credit bureaus with the exception of TransUnion. The second system is used mainly by Trans Union.

File identification system

The following sequence of information is entered into the computer system in an attempt to match an existing file. If the information does not match, a new file is created.

1.     Last name

The computer only recognizes the first ten digits of the last name. Letters must match an existing file, or a new file will be created and the computer will stop the search. Otherwise the computer will proceed.

2.     First name

If the last name matches an existing file, the computer will continue by matching the first three letters of the first name. If the first name matches an existing file with the same first name and last name, it will then proceed to match other segments. Otherwise a new file will be created.

3.     Middle initial

Once the last name and first name have been matched, the computer will proceed to match the middle initial. If all segments match, the program will continue. Otherwise it will either create a new file or skip the middle initial and proceed with the checking.

4.     Spouse

If married, the spouse’s first initial will appear after the file holders middle initial. If not married, the computer will proceed to match other segments.

5.     House number

After matching all the above segments, the computer will proceed to match the first five digits of the house number and continue.

6.     Street name

The computer will proceed by matching the first letter of the street name.

7.     Zip code

The computer will proceed to match the address with the zip code. If five years or more at present address, the computer will stop. A search revealing persons with similar names and addresses will result in the files being merged and a flag will be added to the file.

8.     Previous address

If less than five years at the present address, the computer will check previous addresses. The computer can hold up to ten previous addresses, but will usually list only the last three.

9.     Date of birth

The computer will proceed to match the year of birth only. You do not have to use your complete date of birth. Only enter year of birth on any applications you make.

10.  Social security number

The computer will proceed to match all of the previous elements with the social security number. If the social security number does not match the previous reported number, a flag will be added to the file. The credit bureau also maintains files on employer id numbers E.I.N            and taxpayer id numbers T.I.N.

File identification system

The system is based entirely on the applicant’s social security number, employer identification number, or taxpayer identification number. If it does not match the name, a new file will be created.

Note: some credit grantors will use several credit bureaus to verify the information given by an applicant. If you understand how the credit bureau identifies you, then you will understand how to establish a new file.

THE FOUR STEPS TO SET UP A NEW CREDIT FILE

The following are the four steps you must follow in order to set a new credit file and give you a second chance with credit. Remember, you only have this once in a life time second chance. If you do not follow this program, the credit bureau’s could merge your new file with the old one.

Step one

How to get your new taxpayer identification number from the I.R.S.

Step two

How to set up a new mailing address, telephone number and proper identification.

Step three

How to create a new credit file with the credit bureau

Step four

How to avoid having your new file merged with your old credit file

HOW TO GET YOUR NEW TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER FROM THE I.R.S.

Recall that your taxpayer identification number is referred to as a T.I.N. you need this to start a new credit file.

Go to your local I.R.S. office or call them at this number only 1-866-816-2065

When you receive the ss-4 form complete the following information.

Line 1 print your name

Line 4a print your current residence address

Line 4b print your city, state & zip code

Do not send the ss-4 form to any of the following IRS service centers:

Austin, TX            Ogden, UT            Fresno, CA            Memphis, TN

Reason  the credit bureaus do not audit information they receive, they have programs that automatically discover items that are invalid, raising red flag alerts on credit reports. Using a TIN number that did not also meet the parameters of an SSN would likely be such a red flag alert…

The first three numbers currently not used by the social security administration are

233-236

596-599

627-699

729-999

If you receive a TIN in the above number ranges, and you use it for establishing new credit, it will raise a red flag alert at the credit bureau. If you get one, try getting a new SSN number instead.

SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER CLASSIFICATION

The social security number is structured as follows:

First three digits: indicate where the social security number is issued

Middle two digits: indicate the approximate year the card was issued. 00 was never used. Odd numbers of 05-07-09 were issued in the late 1930’s, and the even numbers of 10 or greater were issued in the later years.

Last four digits: is a sequential number indicating where the card is issued.

HOW TO SET UP A NEW MAILING ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER AND PROPER IDENTIFICATION.

After you receive your taxpayer identification number you will need to obtain the following:

a.      New mailing address

b.     New telephone number

You need a new mailing address and telephone number for your new credit file.

NEW MAILING ADDRESS

To create a new file in your own name, you will first need to get a new mailing address. You cannot, however use a mail forwarding service like mail boxes etc or pax mail centers of America for this purpose.

Most of the credit bureau anti-fraud computer software programs will detect the address of most mailbox rental firms in a given area.

To get a new address you must use a secretarial service or office rental service. An alternative method of getting an address is to use an address of a trusted friend or relative. It is important that you do not use the same zip code that you currently live in. it is also important if you use a friend or relatives address that they do not have the same last name as you do.

Do not rent a mail box from the U.S post office, however, under the freedom of information act anyone can request the name and address of the box holder for a total cost of one dollar.

Do not use any previous address you have used in the past. The reason is that one of the credit bureaus tests is for current and prior addresses. By using your current and/or prior address, the credit bureau can bridge your new file with your old file.

Change the address on your drivers license to an address different from your current residence and your new mailing address. You’ll be asked for it at credit bureaus, new banks you open accounts with, etc..as ID. Use your place of employment or friends or relatives, or post office box. For reasons of privacy, some states allow different addresses on licenses. If you must show your social security number on your license, use your taxpayers I.D number.

Note: when you apply for credit, some credit applications ask for your drivers license number. It is better to leave this area blank, because some credit bureaus may use the drivers license number as additional verification. But, if you received a new drivers license number, enter your new number on the credit application.

NEW PHONE NUMBER

You are traceable through your phone number by creditors and credit bureaus for file purposes. You have the following options.

Get rid of your current number and get an unlisted or unpublished number. Request the phone company to send your bills to your new mailing address. If questioned, answer that it is a service you use for paying bills and to maintain your privacy.

Get a voice mail phone number with a local service. Don’t use the telephone companies voice mail service. Find a private firm in the yellow pages under voice mail or telephone answering services.

This telephone service, is an easy way to accomplish many things in the credit area. Bill collectors truly hate them because they can’t be traced. Some get a new unlisted and unpublished telephone number and have the telephone company announce the new voice mail phone number when the interrupt operator comes on line to say the old number has been changed to your new voice mail telephone number.

This is an excellent way to stop bill collectors from calling you at home. If you do this, don’t use the new forwarded number on any new credit application information.

You can get a second telephone number from a voice mail company from $8 to $15 per month. You put your own personal recorded message on the voice mail telephone number and when anyone calls they think they have reached your home answering machine. New voice mail companies are opening every day and are very easy to use. You simply call your voice mail telephone and with your touch tone telephone, enter your private code number and hear all your messages just as you would if it were in your home. As a result of the privacy laws, and because the voice mail telephone number has the mailing address of the company offering the voice mail service, it can’t be traced back to you without a court order. In many cases the telephone number can be ordered from the voice mail companies without giving your home address at all. The voice mail company will leave a message for you in your voice mail box as a reminder to send in a payment. You also can have the voice mail company send your invoice to your new mail box address that you have acquired.

To accomplish and maintain credit file separation you must only use your:

a.     Your name

b.     New telephone number

c.      New address

d.     New taxpayers identification number

e.     Year of birth.

HOW TO CREATE A NEW CREDIT FILE WITH THE CREDIT BUREAU

The first phase is to apply for credit using your new taxpayer’s id number, current name, year of birth, new phone and new address. Secure any credit application from a major mall department store. Apply by mail and not in person. Give yourself time to review the information to make sure you’re not providing any old credit file details. Remember, the first time you apply for credit is just to open a credit file.

More than likely you’ll be declined your first time applying because of insufficient or no credit history. But regardless of the outcome, you have achieved your major objective: a NEW CREDIT FILE.

The second phase is to open a checking and savings account in a new band or credit union you’ve never done business with after you have been notified that you were declined credit form the credit application that you completed in the first phase. Use your taxpayer id number when asked for your social security number and use your new address and phone number and driver’s license for id.

The third phase is to open a “secured” visa or master card account at a bank which offers them. A “secured card” is a card that uses a savings account or C.D. account as collateral. Your credit limit will be equal to or slightly less than the amount you deposit.

After you get a “secured” card, buy gas with it and other small items and pay the card off at the end of each month. DO NOT begin paying their minimum monthly payments. Paying the card off each month will go directly onto your credit file and will look very favorable. The bank will eventually raise your limit when they see you are such a good credit risk and don’t exceed your credit limit.

Apply now for gas credit cards. Pick up applications at neighborhood gas stations. At some gas stations they have a special application form if you already have a “Visa” or “Master card”. Gas cards are easy to get if you have a visa or master card. Mail in the application.

The fourth phase is to apply for credit at small stores. They are simple and less thorough than major stores. Don’t quit until you succeed. Someone will give you credit. Try small furniture stores. On the other hand, don’t apply too many times in the first six months because you’ll arouse suspicion of the credit grantor if too many inquiries appear in your name at one time at the credit bureau. And too, the more times you’re turned down, that negative response is recorded on your new file, alerting future, creditors.

NOTE: some small stores you establish credit with may not report good credit. Call them and ask if they have. If not, tell them to report your good standing with them because you need their good recommendation. Remember to apply by mail.

Just call any of the above banks and ask them to send you an application. If they want to take the information over the phone, tell them you prefer having an application mailed so you can review the banks terms and conditions. This gives you the opportunity to be sure you do not give the banks information which may link you to your old credit file. Always maintain control and never allow the banks or whomever you’re dealing with to rush you into a possible error. If you want to get some additional information about interest rates, fees, grace periods etc. it can be obtained from the following Non-profit consumer Organization:

IMPORTANT SECRETS YOU MUST KNOW TO KEEP AN OLD CREDIT FILE FROM CONTAMINATING A NEW ONE…

Once a consumers new credit file is created and in place with the major credit reporting bureaus, they will want to keep it from being contaminated or damaged by their old one. This required a little alertness on their part. If they are careless about protecting their new credit file [many are], it can run the risk of being contaminated [a.k.a merged] with their old damaged file and all their effort will be wasted. There are a few simple things a consumer must do and Not do to keep their new credit file from  being ruined by their old one. It’s basically common sense. These things are summarized below:

DO NOT apply for credit with any bank, store or lending institution unless you really need it. The fewer times you have to use and expose your new file to others, the less you are prone to contaminating it with your old file. Don’t be afraid to use your new credit file, just use it wisely and sparingly.

When you apply for credit, be absolutely sure NOT to use any of your old [previous] identifying information. This includes, but may not be limited to your mailing address, phone numbers, employers, relatives, etc. The rule of thumb here can be to never give any identifying information to a creditor, which has been used before.

It’s a good idea not to apply for credit with any bank with which you have had credit once before [old credit references]. Again, this could lead back and link your old file to your new file, thus contaminating it.

DO NOT use your Social Security Number on ANY credit applications. Use only your new E.I.N. [T.I.N.]

DO NOT use any bank, savings and loan, credit union or other financial institution, which you have used before creating your second credit, file. They will have your old information on file and could cross-link it with your new information causing your old and new files to merge.

When using your phone number it is best to make sure it is a voice mail number or a number that is in your name [either listed or unlisted] and attached to your new identifying information. Sometimes credit bureaus will cross-reference a phone number to see whose name it is in. If the number you give is attached to your old identifying information it could contaminate your new file.

DO NOT ever give your spouse’s [or ex-spouse’s] name on any credit application. Again, this is old identifying information that can potentially harm your new file and this is a risk you do not want to take.

DO NOT ever give out you new E.I.N to service companies like phone companies, cable companies, hospitals, dentists, doctors, insurance companies, multi-level marketing companies, catalog houses or TV shopping networks, etc unless it is used with your new information. When you give your E.I.N. to these people it is NOT in the most confidential of hands. With many of these organizations they do NOT need your E.I.N. or S.S.N. unless they are extending you credit. The law even says you are NOT required to provide it to them. These people can use some other number to identify your account. If they really want your business they will.

ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS ON GETTING A SECOND CHANCE

The question is often asked when you’re applying this second time for credit, “Why don’t you have any credit?” Some people say they were just discharged from the Armed Forces and spent several years stationed overseas, or that they are self-employed as a reason for no past credit or employment history.

Some people transpose or reverse the month and day for their birthday on credit applications. That’s not a good idea. It’s better to leave an item blank. When asked for your birthday, just enter your year of birth.

There is an old saying that goes, “never volunteer any information you are not specifically asked for”. If there isn’t such a saying, there is now.

Also remember, the smaller the business you apply for credit to, and the smaller the line of credit you request, the greater your chance for success.

It’s important that you follow all four steps and the instructions carefully. You must also guard your new credit file and pay all bills promptly. Only use the new separated credit if you are sure you can repay it. If you don’t, you may end up having your old credit file appear on your new credit report.

After establishing new credit, pay your bills on time each month. This is not only your second credit chance but also your last. Pay your bills on time, set emergency cash aside, put your paycheck into a savings account until your credit card comes due and pay it off. Don’t spend what you don’t have and get into this mess again.

HOW TO GUIDE IN GETTING A SECOND CHANCE WITH CREDIT FOR THE SPOUSE

It is important that you follow the program exactly as outlined for your spouse.

Your spouse should establish a separate credit file and maintain and protect it like you will your new file.

This file should be completely separate from yours.

You and your spouse should not apply for credit at the same places. You greatly increase the likelihood that the creditor, or the credit reporting firm will bridge your old and your new credit files when you and your spouse individually or jointly apply for credit under the same names. Credit bureau reports on one spouse will often contain the other spouses name.

It is important to follow the information contained in this manual for each spouse as if they are a separate entity.

Once you’re back on your feet financially, it may be tempting for you and your spouse to combine files and save the yearly cost that the credit companies charge on each card. But remember, if one of you gets in credit trouble again, you can always keep one of your files paid or simply not use it at all and keep the other to fall back on later. That way when you’re fighting to get back on your feet you both won’t have to start over as you are now.

Credit is very important, so don’t abuse this second chance. Work to pay off all your credit obligations and most importantly keep this new file current. Try budgeting and setting aside some money in a savings account for emergencies. The public library is a good source for budgeting help.

Again, you only have a second chance once in your lifetime

EXAMPLE OF COMPLETING A CREDIT APPLICATION WITH YOUR EIN/TIN OR SSN#

1.     Print your first and last name only

2.     Only write down your year of birth not month or day

3.     Write down your new address. Never used for credit before friend/relative

4.     Write down your new tax id number in place of your SSN#

5.     On the application were it says enter social security number here, cross out those words and write TIN# this way your stating that this  is a tax number and not your social security number therefore you wont be lying on the application

6.     Sign and date the application . that’s it.

7.     Remember this is the only information to write down!

8.     Also always try to mail in your applications only this is the safest way and better chance for approval.

BONUS INFORMATION ON HOW TO GET AAA- CREDIT IN 30 DAYS OR LESS

How can you apply the above secret method to your advantage and add years of excellent credit to your old or new credit report?  The basic concept is to find someone who has current major credit cards or department store cards to help you by ordering a secondary card for you. However, in order to do this correctly, follow the steps outlined below:

STEP ONE

Find a close family member or a trusted friend, who has several major credit cards and department store credit cards that are in good standing, to lend you his credit history on those cards by ordering secondary cards under your name.

I have discovered a way that you can easily convince them to help you even if they don’t trust you completely, and at relatively no risk to them. Tell them at the very beginning that they can have the secondary cards mailed directly to them from the banks. After they received those cards, they can cut them up and dispose of them. You assure them that you will never use the cards.

STEP TWO

Before you order the secondary cards, order a credit report on the original cardholder, and make sure the accounts you want are in good standing with no derogatory ratings. This is very important, because the credit ratings of those particular accounts and their history will be transferred over to your credit report, and you do not want to start cleaning up your credit reports again!

STEP THREE

Ask the original cardholder to send a letter to each bank and department store you want a secondary card to issue you a secondary card. Be sure the letters mentioned the fact that the primary (original) cardholder will guarantee the payment of the accounts. Make sure all identifying information about you, the secondary cardholder, are correct. This is crucial for those who are applying this technique to add credit information to their new credit file set up through file segregation method.

You can repeat this process on as many credit cards your friend or relative has. With the new credit file you then can apply for other credit cards with other banks on your own. As a precaution, do not put more than 3 to 5 of your friends or relatives information on your new file. Only use secondary information from Visa and Mastercards and one or two department stores and one or two oil cards. You do not want to overwhelm your credit file if you want to secure some new credit cards

THE WAY I WAS TAUGHT AND CREATED MY CREDIT FILE 100% LEGAL

This method of creating a new credit file is easy and legal

Unless you have A actual company your starting I don’t recommend creating a new credit file using a EIN or TIN from the IRS and using it as A social security number even if they say its not illegal.

This is very simple:

1.     Get a copy of your credit reports from all three major bureaus

2.     Check information they have as to your name or names listed under that SSN number (example my name is Eric, but they have on my report Erin, Erik, and Eric which is correct.

3.     Check all address that they have listed under your name

4.     Check all employers that they list

5.     Check all phone numbers that they list

6.     Check all references that they list

This is what you going to do: on my credit report they had my first and last name only on my report, misspelled many times but not a problem. What they didn’t have was my middle name. (You can also use a nick name or any name you want actually) so what I did was get a credit card application from a department store and took it home to fill out. When I filled it out I used my middle name Mark as my first name and changed the spelling on my last name it ended in ly and I changed it to ley, then when it asked for my address, I used a friends address instead. Then when it asked for my telephone number, I used a voice mail phone number I purchased. When it asked for my Social Security Number I used my Real Original Number not a fake or EIN or TIN#. I then signed and dated the application and mailed it in. three weeks later I got a letter in the mail from the credit co. stating on the letter a no record found what this means is that you have just created a new credit file. Meaning using the information that you mailed them, they have just created a new file under that new name, address, phone number and original SSN #.

NEXT STEP:

After you got your new file created with the bureau, you need to change your ID’s.

1.     Go to the DMV and tell them that you want to do a name change on your drivers license, they will give you a form to fill out just simply write down the same name you used when you created your credit file, and address also that’s it.

2.     After you get your new drivers license, simply go to the Social Security office in your area, explain to them that you need a change of address form for your SSN card. Fill it out with all information that is on your drivers license. That’s it, you will get your new SSN card in the mail.

3.      Now what you have done was created a brand new credit file with all the bureaus using your new info, and you also have a drivers license number and social security number to match that file.

4.     You are now on your way to getting credit, you can follow those steps on the previous pages.

5.    Just an example how legal this is, I can prove it!

6.     Before me and my wife got married, she had a different last name of course, and she also had her own credit. But when we married her last name changed, she also got a new drivers license and social security number to match so it would all show her new married name of course. But what she just did was actually create a new person, thus making it possible to create a new credit file also. And she had no idea what she had even done, and as long as she never contaminates or merges these files she will always have a new credit file and an original file also. Women create new files for credit every time they get married and take on a new name, and this is 100% legal, and it is also 100% legal for anyone to change there name as many times as they want.

CONCLUSION

The methods outlined in this manual are completely valid as long as there is no intent to defraud and as long as no one else’s rights are violated. These techniques can help you start over by allowing you to obtain immediate financing while you work on clearing up your credit using the more conventional methods.

Remember too, that creating a new file does not relieve you of your previous debts or responsibilities, unless they were released by filling bankruptcy. Once you establish credit under your new file, use your new financial standing wisely and take care of your obligations in an ethical manner.

How you use the information presented in this manual is entirely up to you. The services of a competent attorney are highly recommended .

Realize that the individuals and companies who gave you credit trusted you and believed in your ability to succeed. Your responsibility is to acknowledge that trust by believing in your ability to repay the loans.

Please read this manual over several times to understand the impact it has. Apply the information to your situation and please don’t misuse it.

NO PART OF THIS MANUAL CAN BE COPIED  REPRODUCED OR  "SOLD"  IN ANY WAY
